The Drift DRX1 is a very fast actioned lure fishing rod designed for casting from the boat or the shore.
The DRX1 is engineered to pair with Drift’s range of soft plastic lures.
The high carbon 30T blank provides the perfect balance of power for achieving distance and responsiveness for staying in close contact with your lure.
The rod is finished with Fuji K-Guides, Fuji screw winch reel seat and high grade EVA grips.
The shorter length makes it the ideal choice for working Drift’s range of DRX sandeels and shads, smaller surface stick baits as well as poppers.

The 9 casts like no other and is ideal if looking for specimen or going abroad. The 8.5 is my favourite rod and I own 5 rods all well over £100 mark, it’s super strong and fast but the tip is perfect match between sensitivity and casting performance, I like it that much I am going to buy a second one as I go for this one first every time I go out the others are always my second choice, the perfect lenght 8.5 is perfect and perfectly balanced with my Stradic or Vanford, get one while you can.
