- Please email us using the contact us form with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or to exchange for another product.
- We will then provide the return address details and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage cost of returned items and items must be received back within 30 days of their delivery to you.
- When the returned item is received we will confirm when the refund or exchange has been processed.
- If a refund has been chosen a credit will automatically be applied to the your credit card or original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
